I doubt if any legitimate lenders will offer you a loan for this purpose, given your history of filing bankruptcy and the current state of the economy.
You don’t say how recently you filed bankruptcy. If it was 8 or 9 years ago and you have had a perfect record of on-time repayment of gradually increasing complexity of debt, your bankruptcy probably won’t matter much.
On the other hand, if your bankruptcy was recent (last year or two) chances are almost none that you could obtain such a loan.
There are very few “sub-prime” lenders left, and those that you can find often charge usurious interest rates, upward of 20% APR.
